Yoga — an invitation to return to yourself
I don't have the linear path of a yoga teacher who trained in a Parisian studio at twenty. My journey is more winding, richer — and I believe, far more useful.
My relationship with my body began at fifteen. I lost thirty kilos — not through a programme, not through a coach, but through discipline, nutrition, movement, and a deep inner work that looks, in hindsight, very much like a yoga practice. I don't speak from a manual. I speak from lived experience, in my own body.
That fascination never left. It led me to nutrition, to pilates, to neuropsychology — and to an endless curiosity about what the body is capable of when we finally stop fighting it.
Before the yachts, there was the stage. Seven years as an actress in Paris — writing plays, performing, directing. Theatre taught me something no teacher training can: how to truly speak to people. How to hold a room. How to adapt to the breath of the moment. A yoga teacher who knows how to speak — really speak — to her students, is a teacher who holds a class.
Then came eleven years on private yachts, between the United States and the Mediterranean. As Chief Stewardess, I managed teams, anticipated every need of a demanding clientele, and organised experiences of the highest level. And very quickly, I understood that the wellbeing of people on board went far beyond service — they needed to move, to eat well, to find their bodies again after weeks of excess. I began offering fitness sessions, personalised nutrition programmes, pilates, and yoga — on deck, in harbours, in luxury salons facing the sea.
Yoga found me in 2015, in the United States. From the very first class, it felt like home. I have practised for ten years, across the beaches and shalas of Thailand — including a Vipassana silent retreat in Chiang Mai — the ashrams of India, the studios of Sri Lanka, and on pontoons facing Mediterranean sunsets. I made it official in January 2025 — RYT 200 certified, Yoga Alliance International member, professionally insured.
What I offer today is an integral approach: yoga, movement, presence, and nutrition. For private sessions, small groups, retreats, and corporate wellness. I have trained in environments of excellence — yachts, theatre, Asian cultures — and I adapt to any context, any person, any body.
Because every body has its own story. And the role of a teacher is to create the conditions — not to impose a posture.
Sessions offered in English and French — privately, in small groups, or online. Based in Antibes, available from Cannes to Monaco and beyond. Travel arrangements available on request.
